I am also very excited to announce that we are now using all organic flours exclusively! 🥳

All of our whole grain flours are now freshly milled as well. Freshly milled flour is significantly more nutrient dense compared to refined flours. It is also easier to digest for those with gluten sensitivity! (Aka me 😅)

Along with the name change, we now have a new ordering platform! Ordering will be slightly different, I will make a video later this week explaining in depth how the process works.

Quick explanation: I will be offering more items such as focaccia, brioche cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls & pretzels! Instead of having all menu items available each week, the menu will now rotate weekly. Classic artisan breads will always be on the menu but the other items will change weekly. This will allow me to offer more item variety while still maintaining my sanity 🤣

You can still choose to pickup from myself in Mt Holly Springs, or at Double Vision in Carlisle.

The weekly ordering window will remain the same!
Orders will open Sunday at 4pm & close Tuesday at 11pm for a Friday or Saturday pickup.

We are REBRANDING! 🎉

As of tomorrow Loaf & Lemon will be known as “Blossom Bread Co.” I have much debated this name change, mainly because so many people are fond of the name “Loaf & Lemon.”

Ultimately, after weighing the pros & cons it made sense for me to move forward with the name change.

For those of you who don’t already know, I also operate a food blog & separate instagram account where I post sourdough related educational content. Running three separate accounts that are all related to each other had gotten to be a bit overwhelming for me & felt a little silly. So, this rebrand is helping me to condense my accounts under one name. All of my accounts will now operate under the name “Blossom Bread Co.”

This page will still be dedicated to my micro bakery in order to get information & weekly menus out to locals who wish to order bread. But, I will also be posting sourdough education content here as well!

We will also have a new ordering platform as of next week! This platform should be more user friendly for customers when placing orders. I will post more details about ordering when it’s in full swing.

Only 4 packs of cinnamon rolls will be available at Double Vision!

They are absolutely delicious 🤤 I’ve tried a lot of recipe variations & these are by far the best! Plus, they are long fermented sourdough cinnamon rolls so the gluten load is significantly lower than traditional yeast rolls.

I will be adding them to the menu for weekly pre-order on 4/22!
