This is a great example of expectation vs reality. This cake I made for my grandfather and I since our birthdays are close. It did not go to plan. (Couldn't find the stencil in time, couldn't find the right flowers, the dehydrated citrus came out darker than expected) However, it still turned out beautiful. Still a win. My drawing aren't always what comes out but that's life!
