Day off from sourdough doesn’t mean a day off.. recipe tested using fresh milled flour on chocolate cupcakes.. had bananas that needed to be used.. recipe tested sourdough cinnamon roll focaccia.. and just needed some bread for the family.. just a basic day for a home baker..

I’m back!!! Will be doing a sourdough order on Thursday 6/4 in the afternoon.. delivery/pick up. I do need to have pre orders so I know exactly how much to bake as I am still recovering in the sense that I can’t be on my feet for a really long bake day….
