🔹White Chocolate Raspberry (this is made with a white chocolate ganache buttercream, and will be a little softer than regular fillings - best enjoyed chilled!)

This is a Basque Cheesecake, it’s meant to be crustless and “burnt” on top giving it a caramelized crème brûlée flavor.

Guess with all this snow my family and I will be FORCED to eat it up ourselves 😜
