Mott'ified Breads & Sweets A dedicated Gluten-Free cottage bakery in Mott, North Dakota, operated by Monica & Chris Hughes. We have both been living gluten-free since 2011.

We are Monica & Chris Hughes, married couple in our mid-forties, living in Mott, North Dakota. In that time we have had plenty of time to figure out how different breads can be "Mott'ified" to be made without wheat/gluten. In addition, all of our products are also lactose-free. Our home kitchen has been dedicated gluten-free since we moved into our house and remodeled it in 2019. We are current on

all food safety protocols and keep our kitchen clean and sanitized. We do not have children, or pets and we are non-smokers. All products are produced in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen that is not inspected by the state or local government and also uses milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and sesame.
