Sometimes I have my creative moments .... and it feels really good, when it works out as planned!
Last week a new vegan cookies Hawaiian Dream ( Coconut-Pineapple), this week coconut swirl cookie, a shortbread cookie with Marzipan (almond paste) and a new Mini Tart resembling a baked good from the area I grow up (Leipziger Lerchen)!
