I did it .... I finally got my new gluten free cookies ready for the shelf and a few for tasting! And a friend had a good name idea ..... Marzipals .... marzian - chocolate filling inside a nature stemped cookie. Hope you like this one like we do!

I used one of my new cookie stamps to redesign the Honey Treat Cookie (sweetened only with honey) .... same recipe new look and I like it this way much better!

I wanted to tell I am back to normal delivering routine .... but ....
After falling and hurting my left hand sunday night, I am glad to get my weekend baked goods with help of my husband into bags and ready to sell!

Besides other cookies, I got my Spicy Rice Cracker ready for the shelf! There will be some samples for you .... it is vegan and have some cayenne and black pepper in it! Not too spicy .... just in the background!
I also baked again the Sorghum Strusel Tarts, they are vegan too and you may order them with strawberry jam or grated apple instead of the sorghum sirup!
Thank you to everyone who made it to BSM last Saturday and don't be sad if you couldn't come because of the weather. I will make another tasting pretty soon and we will have hopefully a warmer day.

I prepared everything for tomorrow's tasting!
While I dreamed of summer today, I used my last frozen basil, parsley and chives to make some pesto. I also made a vegan onion herb spread, a vegan sunflower spread and have my sour cherry jam and Vegatella out for tasting.
So there is something to try out with the Sunflower Baguette, Artisan German Bread and the Chia rolls.
I also baked Chocolate Banana Bread Muffins and Lemon Pound Cake Roses as you weekend sweet treats.
Now let's hope the weather let us meet at BSM tomorrow!
I try to be there latest 10am and won't leave before 2pm!

I was in my kitchen every day the last week and baked almost every cookie to fill up the shelf tomorrow ..... and of course it looks already like Valentine's Day.

I had to make a long overdue correction to my prices for breads and rolls but I will keep the prices for cookies and minitarts as long as I can!
I kind of hate to do it, but I have to.

This is a festive looking delivery this week!
I bring more Stollen, Elisen, vegan Nutella and cookie bags, but also Christmas plates and mixes. They make perfekt gifts for food lovers and the bags are nice stocking stuffers!
