What a Beautiful afternoon for a Beautiful (& chilly), Fall Wedding.
Congratulations Shaina & Oscar!

3 tier Cake: 10, 8, & 6 inch, each tier has 3 thick layers of Rich Decadent Chocolate Fudge Cake.
Filling: is my homemade Strawberry Compote and Fresh Strawberries.
Icing: is a Light Sage Color made of a mix of Vanilla Swiss Meringue & Vanilla American Buttercreams.
Heart “B” initial Topper made by the Bride herself
Silk flowers provided by the Bride and placed by yours truly…. Dough Gamma ☺️
