What a gorgeous setup this was at Haven on the Farm in Edwards, IL! The venue was so beautifully decorated for this couple's big day and with a tasty and colorful display of cupcakes to go with their stunning buttercream wedding cake! This couple's wedding cake was all Marble Cake and accompanied by 20 doz cupcakes to include White w/ Raspberry, Strawberry, Oreo, Lemonade, and Peanut Butter Cup. This beautiful buttercream cake was simple yet elegant and the centerpiece for this couple's dessert table. Their wedding cake was my personal favorite, Old-fashioned carrot cake with cream cheese filling! Surrounding their wedding cake was 17 doz cupcakes including Lemon Raspberry, Carrot with Cream Cheese, White Wedding, and S'mores. Congratulations to The Swans!

Most of you have come to know and expect a certain quality from our little bakery, 🌟 especially when it comes to cupcakes! You also know we can't have an event without my creating some amazing cupcakes for you!

This year, I wanted to put together some variety packs that you can customize, however, my online ordering platform will only allow me to offer so much before charging yet another fee to add additional options. 😕

So, in order to work around that, I have a list of flavors for you to choose from to build your varieties.
🕵️‍♀️ You simply choose your quantity (4pk, 6pk, or dozen) and
📝 list your flavor choices for each quantity in the note at checkout.

🌟So far, every customer who has ordered has done so perfectly, so THANK YOU for that!

A few things to note:
🎃 If you would like a specific variety, you will need to pre-order so I am able to prep it prior to your arrival.
🎃 If you'd like ALL THE SAME FLAVOR, simply choose a variety quantity and let me know in the "note" section at checkout and I'll make it happen.
🎃 If you choose a variety pack, and do not leave a note, your variety will be "Bakers Choice"
🎃 Individuals are also available for each flavor listed in your variety packs

Not only are my brownies absolutely delicious, each brownie is baked individually and molded in dark chocolate and then dusted with edible silver shimmer for that "stone" like finish that will wow your friends!

🍂When I think of fall,🍂 one of the first things that comes to mind is a Caramel Apple (or Taffy Apple as some prefer to call them), and I'm not referring to the red apples from a supermarket that have been dipped in caramel flavored sugar and kept in plastic for 2 weeks before being purchased.

🍏 🍬 I'm talking those delicious apples you remember from the carnival as a kid...the best hand-picked granny smith apples that have the perfect tartness which pairs perfectly with the sweet high-quality chewy caramel found on a freshly dipped apple! That's what I LOVE to offer year after year! It brings such joy to offer my customers "nostalgia on a stick" and I hope you get to try one this year!

Fall flavor lovers, meet my Apple Caramel Crumble Cookie!

Similar to the famous, Crumbl Caramel Apple Cookie but with my own little twist. This beauty is Massive and made with white chocolate chips, a swirl of real cinnamon buttercream and piled high with my handmade Apple Pie Filling, creamy caramel and toasted oat granola. I'm talking chewy, creamy, crunchy goodness all on one flavor packed cookie!

I made these to stage for these pictures and my whole family went absolutely NUTS over them! Best cookie I have ever made!

Jack-O-Lantern S'mores are always a big hit with the kids! They are not only super fun and festive but also DELICIOUS! Fresh graham crackers and marshmallow sandwiches are craftfully encased in milk chocolate for a delicious treat that is not only yummy and fun, but a joy to surprise the kids with!

They take a lot more time than you would expect:
First, the dark spots in the eyes, nose, and mouth are all handpiped with dark chocolate in each mold and allowed to set. White Chocolate is then colored with a special oil-based coloring to give them the "pumpkin" face, and is piped into each mold just enough to close the gap between the dark and orange chocolates. Honey graham crackers are then arranged with a layer of mini marshmallows (This allows a more even layer of marshmallow that is also easier to control once they are melted and placed into the molds. I've found that larger marshmallows squeeze out over the edges of the mold and make it very difficult to seal). The graham crackers and marshmallows are placed under the broiler to allow them to puff and toast enough that we can sandwich another graham cracker on top. All the gaps are filled in with melted milk chocolate, backs are sealed with more chocolate, and our little friends are popped into the fridge to set up and unmold. After the unmolding there is always the waiting game to see which ones will crack, needing yet more time to repair to ensure each little face is perfect and inviting for wonderous eyes and chocolate covered smiles.

Each is a labor of love and one I enjoy doing but is very time intensive. I hopefully this will help you to understand a little of what goes on behind the scenes. Coming up this Friday is a very special event at Tres Rojas Winery in Washington to benefit the children of Almost Home Kids.

Almost Home Kids is an organization located in Peoria which provides care to children with complex medical needs in a home-like environment helping to ease the transition from hospital to home. I am thrilled to be a part of this event to help raise money for these children in need!
