Sourdough contains naturally occurring good bacteria created during the fermentation process. Long fermentation can make sourdough easier to digest for some people! 🤤
Does this make us think that it’s healthy to eat a half of a loaf of bread in one sitting because it’s THAT good? Maybe 🤷🏻♀️
