Our mother's grace, wisdom, and unwavering faith laid the foundation for the Saleh family.| She was the guiding light shaping our values and inspiring us, her children, grandchildren, and community, to continuously leave a legacy of kindness, compassion, and unity.

As we honor her memory, we want to emphasize Cecilia's profound gratitude and affection for the people of Raleigh. Her mission to extend love through food remains steadfast as we continue to break bread with this cherished community.

Ever wonder what makes our bread the best? Because sitting on our hands just isn't in our DNA! We adapt and evolve through the years to give you the very best. A great example of this is our take on the Batard. "What on earth is a Batard?", you may ask. You might not be alone... For hundreds of years, French bakers only produced two shapes of bread. The standard Baguette, and the rounded Boule. It wasn't until the mid 19th century that a baker started to produce something in between, almost football-like. We produce and offer this football-shaped bread, only with a sophisticated and flavorful twist. Thanks to our Master Baker, Joe Saleh, and his unwavering dedication to giving the people something special, something that sets us apart, you all have access to two amazing varieties. A pumpernickel with raisins and walnuts, and a jalapeno and cheddar, are baked daily.

If you didn't know, you can be enjoying anything from our sub rolls, to our flaky, decadent pastries in no time! We are located at 10235 Chapel Hill Rd. Morrisville, NC, (behind our cafe) and if you get your order in by noon the day prior to pick up, we will have it waiting for you! Please note that credit cards are preferred.
