Hello! I've had some interest lately in people buying my bread, so I thought I'd set up a page and give this a try. For now, bread will only be made once an order is placed. Delivery/pick-up will then be at least 2 days after an order is received since it takes two days to make one loaf of bread. This is a small operation and I can only make 2 loaves per day at the moment, so it's a bespoke operation.

The initial offering is my standard sourdough boule for $12. It's a 2 kg (4.4 lb) round loaf consisting of 75% white bread flour and 25% whole wheat flour. There are no preservatives, so the bread will only be good for about a week (I recommend storing it in a Nordicware Bundt Cake Keeper, which you can find on Amazon for about $25, or wrap it in aluminum foil).
