People ask me why I bought a Philly Pretzel Factory when I already have 6 KW franchises and a handful of real estate businesses.

For those who know me, the answer is simple: it gives me a way to teach my kids how to run a business - and more importantly, how to take care of people.

Here's a recent one.

A customer called wanting a large rivet tray, but she was outside our DoorDash delivery area. My team knows "no" isn't in my vocabulary - if they can't say yes, they send it to me and I figure out the how.

So I called her. She'd be at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rockaway getting ready for her wedding at Skyview Golf Club. A lot of her wedding party was from the Philly area, and they love their Philly Pretzels.

Of course I said yes, and I blocked my calendar to deliver it myself.

But one tray didn't feel like enough for a wedding. So the team made two custom wedding ring pretzels, and I threw in a few sleeves of our Philly Pretzel golf balls. (With how many balls I lose on the course, putting our logo on them and calling it marketing just made sense.)

If they wanted us to be part of their special day, we were going to make it special.

Sunday, this text came in:

"Hi there! Sorry to bother you again but I just found out there were also the coolest golf balls in our delivery too! Those went straight to the guys getting ready room so I didn't see them yesterday! We cannot thank you enough for making our wedding so special and our friends were so happy about the pretzels! Our photographer got a great photo of my husband with the golf balls and the pretzel ring, and we'll be sure to share it with you once we get it from him! Is there a special place we can leave you guys a great review?? THANK YOU!! 🥨⛳️💍"

My answer: sharing your photos on our Instagram and leaving us a review is more than enough of a tip.

That's why I do this. Congrats to the newlyweds!

🏈📣🥨 **BIG NEWS — GAME DAY GIVEBACK IS HERE!** 🥨📣🏈

Sports have always been a big part of our business at **Philly Pretzel Factory Morristown**. Whether it’s pretzels at the concession stand, a team celebration after the game, feeding a crowd on Saturday morning, or supporting the volunteers who make youth sports possible — **we love being part of the team.**

That’s why I’m incredibly excited to officially launch our **GAME DAY GIVEBACK** program and announce our first TWO community partnerships:

🏈📣 **Morristown Jr. Colonials Football & Cheer**
Club Code: **MJCF**

🏈📣 **Randolph Football & Cheer**
Club Code: **RFBC**

Here’s how easy it is:

Stop into **Philly Pretzel Factory Morristown**, mention your organization’s club code when ordering, and **10% of your purchase goes directly back to that organization!**

🥨 **Morristown supporters — use MJCF**
🥨 **Randolph supporters — use RFBC**

**No selling. No collecting money. Just enjoy some great pretzels and support your team!**

But we wanted to do more than that.

If your organization operates a concession stand, **call me about our special fundraising pricing to stock your concession stand with Philly Pretzel Factory favorites.** It’s another way we can help your organization turn game day into a fundraising opportunity.

Our goal is to make **Game Day Giveback one of the easiest and most rewarding fundraising opportunities available to local youth sports, schools, clubs and community organizations.**

And **Morristown and Randolph are just the beginning.**

If you're involved with a football, cheer, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, wrestling or other sports program — or a school, booster club or community organization — **I want to hear from you.**

👉 **Private message me** to find out how your organization can become a **Game Day Giveback partner**, or contact me about our special concession stand fundraising pricing.

We sell a lot of pretzels on game day. **Why not turn those pretzels into dollars for the programs that make our communities better?**

🥨 **TWIST FOR THE TEAM!** 🏈📣
