Yesterday I made rhubarb streusel cake. I believe in boulders of streusel. (Call the rock pickers!) It’s also made with Full Circle Farm sifted flour, and the texture and loft of the cake was chef’s kiss. Land of Bakes has all things rhubarb for you!

•rhubarb squares (my cousin’s iconic recipe)
•rhubarb pie
•rhubarb crisp.
Since we are confused if the weather is summer or Arizona, let’s just call this rhubarb season.
