IMPORTANT UPDATE: In case you haven’t already heard, Chel’s Cookie Jar is closing in The Yellow Window effective October 31. The store is coming under new ownership on November 1, and the new owner plans to do her own baking. I wish Kelly nothing but the very best!!

What this means for Chel’s Cookie Jar is that I am becoming a home-based business. You can still place orders for cookies!!

Thank you all so much for your business and support in my first official year as a entrepreneur! I never dreamed that it would be as successful as it was. If you bought cookies, THANK YOU! If you told others to come in and buy cookies, THANK YOU! If you prayed for my success, THANK YOU!

Jan Bates Cassidy, thank you for pushing me outside of my comfort zone to take a risk. It’s been so great to work alongside you. You continue to inspire me, and I know you have many more great things in your future!

Biggest thanks to my amazing husband for all of his help and support! (Those delicious molasses and pecan sandies are all him, folks.) And to my family for their support too...for sharing my time with the bakery and for spending time with me in the kitchen, even if you were “just” a taste-tester. I appreciate you and love you all!

It’s been a joy and a blessing, and I’m excited to see where the journey takes me next. 😊❤️
