🌱❤️ WOLF COTTAGE GARDEN TRADE? ❤️🌱

My bell pepper seedlings have been growing like crazy, and I ended up with more starts than I have room to plant!

Would anybody be interested in trading for a few healthy bell pepper starts?

Things I'd love to trade for:
🌱 Vegetable and Berry starts (zucchini, cucumber, cherry/grape/roma tomato, blue/black/raspberry)
🌸 Flower seedlings (indoor and pollinator favorites for the yard)
🪴 Houseplant cuttings (philodendrons, small form/viney monsteras, spider plants, string of pearls, ferns, etc)
🥚 Fresh eggs
🍓 Homemade jams, preserves, sauces or other canned goodies
✨ Or honestly, show and tell me what you've got!

If you'd like a few pepper plants but don't have anything to trade, still send me a message! Neighbor helping neighbor is kind of our thing around here~ ❤️

(5-24-26) TEST BATCH DAY 🌈✨

Today’s experiment:
Funfetti Cinnamon Swirl Rolls 🎊

These are made with our homemade cinnamon roll dough, rainbow jimmies folded right into the dough itself, extra vanilla, classic cinnamon sugar filling, and a vanilla glaze on top. ❤️

The kitchen smelled like birthday cake and cinnamon rolls ALL afternoon~

A little birdy requested rainbow sprinkle goodies for Pride Month, so we’ve been spending some time brainstorming and testing cheerful new bakes lately! 🏳️‍🌈

Honestly? This test batch turned out WAY better than I expected, and now nothing is safe from getting Sprinkled! 🎉

(5-21-26) Hey, friends and neighbors! ❤️

Thank you all so much for the patience, kindness, and support while Wolf Cottage Baking took a little breather recently. We’ve been using the time to fight off some burnout, handle a few personal family matters, and spend time experimenting with new breads, bakes, and recipes behind the scenes 👀🍞

Honestly? It’s been really nice getting to slow down a bit and fall back in love with the creative side of baking again.

We miss seeing everyone at Jim’s, and we’re currently working out the logistics for reliable transportation to and from the market so we can return consistently and comfortably. Our goal is to hopefully be back sometime in June! 👍

And because June is Pride Month… you KNOW we’ve been brainstorming rainbow-themed goodies already! 🏳️‍🌈

Possible ideas include:
🌈 Rainbow Sprinkle Rice Crispy Treats
🧁 Funfetti Cupkies
🎂 “Birthday Cake” Swirl Rolls
🎨 "Watercolor" Sugar Cookie Decorating Kits
✨ Maybe even more surprise goodies!

❤️ WOLF COTTAGE BAKING UPDATE ❤️
Hey, friends.. 🐾
Due to an unforeseen need to pause production today, we will not be at Jim’s Flea Market tomorrow (Saturday).

I know that’s disappointing, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Running a small, home-based bakery while balancing real-life family needs can be a lot sometimes, and today was one of those moments where I needed to pause and take care of things behind the scenes.

Please keep an eye out for a possible pop-up on Sunday!
I’m hoping to still get these fresh bakes out to you so nothing goes to waste! 💕

Thank you for sticking with me through the hiccups, for your kindness, and for continuing to support this little donation-based bakery. Every bit of encouragement helps keep Wolf Cottage Baking going for our friends and neighbors.
