The Back-to-School Bake Drop menu goes LIVE Monday, August 31 at 12PM!

🥜🍓 NEW! PB&J Swirl Rolls — soft, sweet rolls swirled with creamy peanut butter & strawberry preserves, served with vanilla icing!

🍎 Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cupkies are returning with a little upgrade: a spoonful of homemade apple pie filling baked right on top!

🍫 And we’re loading up the lunchbox & after-school treat department with Rice Crispy Treats, Banana Bread Bars, Super Chunk Brownies, Coffee Cakes and more!

Of course, school days need more than sweets! You’ll also find WCB staples for easy breakfasts, packed lunches and grab-and-go snacks, including sandwich breads, Sourdough English Muffins, Homestyle Sourdough Freezer Waffles & Brown Butter + Honey Sourdough Granola.

And yes… there’s Coffee Cake for the grown-ups. ☕❤️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who placed an order for the Golden Hour Bake Drop. Every preorder means so much to this tiny little home bakery, and I’m incredibly grateful that you continue to let me fill your kitchens with fresh bread, Cupkies, swirl rolls, and all the other goodies that come out of mine. 🥹🍞

(8-20-26) GOOD MORNING from Wolf Cottage Baking! 🍊☀️

The kitchen has been smelling ridiculously good this morning... these Orange Cream Swirl Rolls are fresh out of the oven and finishing getting ready for their journey home with YOU! 😋

Soft, fluffy orange-and-vanilla dough rolled up with sweet orange filling, with white crème chips tucked inside for that nostalgic creamsicle-y flavor. I even seasoned the sugar with fresh orange zest overnight! Each order is served with vanilla icing on the side. 🤍🧡

These are a limited seasonal flavor on this week's Golden Hour Bake Drop, so if you've been thinking about trying them, today's the day!

(8-19-26) 🐺🍞🫙 Meet Stan!

Every member of the family deserves to eat well… and Stan is EXTREMELY well fed. 🤤

For anyone new around here, Stan is Wolf Cottage Baking's sourdough starter! He joined the family back in December 2024, and he's been happily bubbling away and helping us feed our neighbors ever since.

And apparently, one kind of flour simply isn't good enough for him.

Stan's standard meal is a blend of FIVE different flours — all-purpose, bread flour, whole wheat, unbleached all-purpose, and heritage whole wheat. 🌾

If there were ever a GOOD reason to have a “spoiled starter,” I think this counts. His varied diet keeps our Stan happy, active, reliable, and ready to lend that lovely sourdough flavor to so many of the things that come out of the Wolf Cottage kitchen.

He eats well so that you can eat well. ❤️
..and judging by the bubbles after tonight's dinner, I don't think he has any complaints about the arrangement.

(8-18-26) 🥪 Have you considered... Big Sandwich?

One of the newest additions to the Wolf Cottage Baking menu is our Garlic Herb & Cheese Big Sandwich Loaf; a soft, savory sourdough loaf loaded with garlic, herbs, and topped with sharp cheddar, and made with one very important purpose in mind:
Making a comically large sandwich! 😂

Split it lengthwise and pile it high for one BIG sandwich to share, slice it up for smaller sandwiches, toast it, make garlic bread out of it... I'm not here to tell you how to live your life. I'm just here to provide the bread!

And yes, those sandwich photos are the real deal! We had to quality-control the concept ourselves. For science. 🫡🥪

(8-14-26) ‼️ WCB FRIENDS & NEIGHBORS, I NEED YOUR OPINION! 🙌

I've been tinkering with a potential new addition to the Wolf Cottage Baking menu...

BIG SANDWICH BREAD! 🥪👀

These are big ol' ~650g rustic-style loaves, made with a little sourdough discard and egg for a soft, flavorful crumb that's sturdy enough to hold a seriously loaded sandwich.

And I've been testing TWO versions:

🍞 CLASSIC; simple, versatile, egg-washed and baked beautifully golden.

🧄 GARLIC HERB & CHEESE; garlic + onion seasoned dough topped with Italian herbs and plenty of toasted, golden cheese.

I've put these loaves through the most important product testing possible: making some absolutely enormous sandwiches with them. 🍅🥖🥬🥓🧀

They're AWESOME for big sub-style sandwiches that you can slice up and share, but they'd also make fantastic garlic bread, toasted sandwiches, cheesy bread, soup-dipping bread, or just about anything else that calls for a big hunk of something delicious.

So before I officially add them to a future WCB menu...
