This week’s menu features the regular artisan sandwich loaf, as always! The specialty loaf this week is one of my all time favorites… cranberry orange!! The sweetness and tartness of the dried cranberries perfectly mingles with fresh orange juice and orange zest! The smell of this loaf alone will have you wondering if you are in heaven! 🍊🤤

On this week’s menu I will be making the delicious, regular, artisan sandwich loaf along with the cranberry walnut specialty loaf! This special holiday artisan loaf is bursting with flavor with it’s sweetened dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, and cinnamon! My favorite way to enjoy this loaf is toasted, topped with butter, and cinnamon sugar! 🤤

Along with the regular artisan sandwich loaf, my specialty loaf next week will be the oh so tasty “everything bagel” loaf! Spread some cream cheese on a slice of this and give your tastebuds a flavor fiesta!! We’re talking sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, and a little salt, they’re the perfect companion for sourdough’s tang!

I’m so excited to share my next sourdough creation with you!! I was thinking about which pie flavors I wanted to make for the holidays this year (yes… already thinking about Thanksgiving pie), when of course, apple pie came to mind. And THEN I had the thought… “can I make a sourdough bread version of apple pie?!” Turns out… the answer is yes and it’s amazing!! So next week’s specialty loaf will be the mouth watering, lightly sweetened, apple cinnamon loaf. It will come with a complimentary cream cheese dipping sauce. As always, I will also have my regular artisan sandwich loaf! I will have bake days every other week with my most popular sourdough artisan sandwich loaf but will also have new and exciting flavors come up throughout the weeks!
