Nomad Cookie Co. Nomad Cookie Co. bakes delicious chocolate chip cookies in many different varieties, including gluten

I lived for seven years in China and worked on the perfect chocolate chip comfort food recipe for those days our family needed it the most. This recipe comes from years of love and a desperate desire to recreate the warm nostalgic feeling of home (in any country). My middle son is unable to tolerate gluten, so that led me on a new quest to create a gluten free version and I'm proud to say that this is the best gluten free cookie you'll ever eat.
