At home afternoon tea was just an excuse to try some new recipes:
1. I’ve been trying to recreate an Irish scone I had in my last trip to Ireland by using a version of the scone using buttermilk. This gives it a more moist consistency like soda bread.
2. Chocolate chip biscotti for those want something more simple! It’s like a chocolate chip cookie :)
