Summer will be here soon… and that means ice cream season with Addie’s Sunshine and Treats!

If you’re planning a company picnic, neighborhood party, community event, or summer celebration, we’d love to bring the treats!

The best part? 100% of profits go to Spread Your Sunshine, helping create joyful experiences and happy memories for kids facing health and financial challenges!

Our volunteers are also gaining real-life job skills while they serve by practicing customer service, handling money, and strengthening their math skills.

Will the real ice cream cart please stand up?

Our amazing volunteers built a cardboard sled replica of the Addie’s Sunshine and Treats ice cream cart and raced it in the Frostival Sled Race… and it took 3rd place for Most Creative Sled! 🥉

We’re officially obsessed. When your ice cream cart has a winter alter ego AND wins awards, you know you’re doing something right!

Huge thanks to our creative, sunshine-spreading friends for making this happen!

Addie’s Sunshine and Treats is looking for a spot to host a free treat pop-up to build excitement for Giving Hearts Day and support our nonprofit, Spread Your Sunshine 💛

We’ll hand out treats, share our mission, and help spread joy! Your customers get a sweet surprise, and together we help kids and families make happy memories.

Join us for our very first Sunshine and Sprinkles Celebration on Saturday, October 11th from 2–4 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church!

Come enjoy an afternoon full of characters, music, pizza, cake, a $1 raffle, and more!

It’s family-friendly and open to everyone…admission is by freewill donation.

Let’s celebrate together and spread some sunshine in our community!

Last night we attended the Moorhead Business Associations annual member celebration! We sponsored the dessert table! We made vanilla cupcakes, chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate dipped Oreos.

👋 Meet Addie, a student at North Dakota State University, who has been passionate about baking and cooking since she was 3 years old. With her own cupcake stand and ice cream cart, Addie’s Sunshine and Treats , she’s already building her dream of becoming a business owner! 🌟 Through the NDSU Transition and Access Program, she's able to explore entrepreneurship classes, join clubs, and discover new opportunities on campus.

This is a free-will donation event, so you can pay what you can so nobody is left out of the celebration.

The weather is beautiful at Bluestem for Midwest Kidfest! There are many activities to keep your kids busy and entertained! And we brought the ice cream! Thank you, Jojo, for being our first customer of the night! We are here until 7pm!

We’ve been having so much fun the past few days that we forgot to take many pictures!

✨ Thursday: Thank you to the City of West Fargo - Government for inviting us to your employee appreciation cookout! We loved serving ice cream treats to everyone!

✨ Friday: We had a blast at the Welcoming Week Social! Huge thanks to Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union for sponsoring the ice cream cart! We gave away over 250 ice cream treats to those in attendance!

✨ Saturday: Thank you to Herbz and Spicez for inviting us to your tasting event and for your generous donation. We loved learning more about your business and sampling your amazing drinks!
