🤗THE BISCADOODLE - Snickerdoodle dough with cinnamon & sugar, Biscoff cookie butter spread, and Biscoff cookie pieces. Snickerdoodle meets Biscoff. Nobody asked for this and everybody needed it.

😎BROOKLYN BLACKOUT BROWNIE - Signature chocolate dough with milk chocolate, white chocolate, semi-sweet chunks, and powdered sugar. Three kinds of chocolate and a powdered sugar finish. Blackout named itself.

😉BETTER THAN ### (CHILLED) - Chocolate dough with Ghirardelli caramel, toffee chunks, and house whipped cream. Caramel, toffee, whipped cream, cold. Better than what? We’ll let you fill that in.

This week picked a lane and it was all of them. (APR 17 - APR 23)

🏕️THE PARENT TRAP - Cookies & cream dough with peanut butter, crushed Oreo, and Oreo stuffed. Peanut butter and Oreo trapped inside the same cookie. Neither one is getting out.

👀CINNAMON ROLL - Brown sugar dough with cinnamon & sugar, pockets of cinnamon and sugar streusel, and cinnaroll frosting. Every layer is cinnamon. The frosting seals the deal.

Easter week. Cadbury mini eggs in a cookie. A Snickers bar buried in chocolate dough. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. We went all in. (APR 3 - APR 9)

🥕CARROT CAKE - Carrot cake dough with shredded carrot, walnut, cinnamon chips, oats, and cream cheese frosting.
The Easter cookie that actually tastes like the real thing.
Frosting included.

🍫SNICKETY SPLIT - Chocolate dough with chopped Snickers bar, peanuts, and caramel. There are Snickers pieces inside this cookie. Whole chunks. We weren’t being cute about it.

🐰CADBUNNY CRAVE - Oatmeal dough with Cadbury mini eggs, white chocolate drizzle, and a hint of peanut butter.
Seasonal candy belongs in a cookie. We will not be taking questions.

🍩THE ECLAIR (CHILLED) - Pastry dough with Bavarian cream filling, dark chocolate mirror glaze, and a buttercream rose. This one looks like it belongs in a French bakery window. It’s a cookie.

🚨BISCOFF S’MORE (NEW) - Cookie butter dough with toasted marshmallow, Biscoff cookie chunks, and Biscoff cookie butter. S’mores and Biscoff had no reason to meet. We introduced them anyway.

🤩GOLDEN CHURREO - Cinnamon sugar dough with crushed Golden Oreo, cream-filled center, and sweet vanilla icing glaze. A churro cookie with Golden Oreos baked in and cream hiding in the middle. We don’t do simple.

🍫BROOKIE WAY - Chocolate dough with chocolate chips, caramel, Milky Way stuffed, and Ghirardelli caramel drizzle.
There’s a whole Milky Way bar inside this cookie. That’s not a metaphor.

🍰RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE (CHILLED) - Signature sugar dough with NY cheesecake spread, fresh raspberry puree, and crushed graham cracker. Tart, creamy, cold. The raspberry cuts through everything and stays.

Spring showed up early. Lemon, raspberry, cheesecake, and a cookie covered in mini chocolate meteors. This week’s lineup didn’t come to coast. (MAR 20 - MAR 26)

🚀GALACTIC BROWNIE - Signature chocolate dough with chocolate ganache and mini chocolate “meteor” bites. Three forms of chocolate and a name that commits fully to the bit.

🍰 BETTER THAN CHEESECAKE (CHILLED) - Chocolate dough with graham cracker, caramel, cheesecake frosting, and cheesecake whipped cream. It’s called Better Than Cheesecake because we meant it.

🍋 LEMON RASPBERRY BEIGNET - Fluffy lemon dough with
fresh raspberries, powdered sugar dusting, and lemon raspberry icing. Bright, tart, and lighter than anything else on this menu. On purpose.

🍪 COOKIES ‘N CARAMEL - Cookies & cream dough with Oreo chunks, Oreo stuffed, caramel stuffed, and Ghirardelli caramel drizzle. Double stuffed. Oreo and caramel both got their own pocket.

🥜 PEANUT BUTTER CUP (Monthly Craving) - Peanut butter dough with Butterfinger chunks and a Reese’s pb cup. Final weeks. Get it while it’s still holding the slot.
