It's that time of year again! Where love is in the air.which gives you a reason to do something extra special for your sweetheart. Valentine's Day is actually the reason I started baking in the first place. When I was a kid, my mom would make me and my brother Valentine's cookie cakes and send them to school as a special surprise. To show me how much she cared. It inspired me to start baking for my kids. So on their birthdays, through the years, they could see the love and care I have for them.
