The Dutch Girls are back on our bread game. We have a new focaccia loaf this week featuring Kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes and feta cheese. Toast it up for dinner and serve it with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. If that’s not your flavor, we’ll also have loaves of sea salt, rosemary or the crowd-favorite jalapeño and cheese. Ridgway Farmers Market come and get it.

Cowboy Caviar: black eyed peas, black beans, bell pepper, red onion, roasted corn and jalapeño served with a cilantro lime dressing

Southwest Salad: salad greens from Dylan Fadgen & Nicole Kreiser, roasted corn, black beans, cherry tomato, Colby jack cheese and pepitas served with our cumin, lime vinaigrette

Summer Green Salad: more delicious greens from Sandy Seed, blueberries, feta cheese and toasted almonds with our favorite orange poppyseed dressing
