You never know who you’ll inspire 🎶

🎷After my recent posting of the musical instrument set, a customer reached out asking for a similar set with just alto and tenor saxophones! I gladly obliged and created a set to suit.

Fun fact: I “played” alto sax in 6th grade band. And by “played” I mean pretended to play 🤣 I am sure there is video evidence of the concert out there, I just hope it was never digitalized.

One of my new flavors I had at the market yesterday was this Strawberry Shortcake Macaron. No shortcuts or artificial flavors here! Freshly made strawberry compote center, surrounded by velvety strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream and topped with vanilla cake crumbles.

Week 3 of my Hometown Friday series!

🤠Today’s local business is one I frequent often for all our ducks’ needs. We always grab our bedding straw and duck & goose feed from Montrose Feed & Supply! So far, we have 6 ducks, hoping one day to expand our little farm. I know when we do, this local family owned business will have just what we need for all our pet and livestock necessities.

🎁Not only do they cover your farm needs, but they have amazing locally sourced gifts and treats. Grab some farm fresh meat for dinner or some skin care items to pamper yourself after all those farm chores.

🐴🐮🐐🐥🐷 One thing for sure, you’ll always be greeted by a friendly face, a helpful hand, and often a fuzzy creature!

(Not so) coincidentally, I will be hanging out with them tomorrow for their farmer’s market from 9a-1p! Come grab some adorable decorated sugar cookies, freshly baked collection of drop cookies, and maybe some delicate macarons!

📸 Some people take photos. Others tell hometown stories one frame at a time 🤎

🍪 In week 2 of my Hometown Friday cookie series, I wanted to highlight this amazing photographer and her company.

🌺 Seneca embodies hometown pride and an amazing attitude towards business. She started out photographing her family when she was just a teenager and her business has blossomed into a whole team of photographers, including her husband, Paul with

💒Her company’s main focus is weddings, but she has photographed everything from newborn babies to senior photos. I wish I had her as my wedding photographer, but she would have only been 11 years old at that time 🙃 She has captured family photos for me and my family since my youngest was a baby and those pictures are truly a treasure for us. This summer she’ll be taking senior photos for my oldest 🥹
