Hey Friends! 💜
I wanted to share a little update from my heart. As much as I love delivering into town sometimes 3, 4, even 5 days a week. I’ve had to be honest with myself… I just can’t keep doing it that way anymore. I like to think I’m superwoman, but I’m not by any means. I wear several hats daily.
Before anything, I am a mama first. Over the last couple of months, I can see that being gone so much has started to affect my little one, and my dad can’t watch him for hours on end. Between baking 7–8 hours and then delivering for another 3–4, it’s just become too much to juggle every day.
With that being said, I do have a list of cinnamon-flavored bread and fried pie orders that I’ll be finishing up, and I’ll be reaching out to those folks to get your deliveries taken care of!
Starting this coming week, I’m going to move to a set delivery day and time (including business deliveries on that same day). This will help me stay organized, avoid feeling overwhelmed, and make sure no one gets missed which honestly worries me more than anything! I try my very best to be kind to everyone and make sure it's done right!
I’m also thinking about opening the farmstand on Fridays and Saturdays, so you’ll have two days each week to stop by and shop!
I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know, and I’m so thankful for your support and understanding. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but I have to take care of my family first always 100%. 💕
