Right, I couldn't decide what kind of cheese to pair with my tomatoes for breakfast πŸ˜…. So why not all of it? But my all time fave is smoked Gouda (thanks to one of my fave customers πŸ₯°.) The saltiness of the Triscuit gives it just the right oomph.TGIF!
