Its just a little over 12 hours until Foothills Festival!!! I've got my booth set up and I'm directly in front of Clinton Jewelers on the courthouse side of the street. The marketmobile is loaded down and ready to go. Just a few things to load up in the morning. Vendor booths are all around the square area and open at 9:00 central both Friday and Saturday. There will be tons of family friendly activities, including a parade tomorrow evening followed by live music by Timeless Highway Band at 7:30. Saturday brings a 5K race, car show, lots of contests and music by Marty Brown at 6pm and headliner Tracy Byrd at 7:30. Hope to see y'all there. Oh! Don't forget Smokey & The Bandit will be there too!

Only THREE DAYS until Foothills Festival begins and the Sourdough is under way! Today is mix day then it will go in the fridge until Thursday afternoon to develop that distinctive sourdough tang. I will have seven full-size loaves of each variety- Jalapeño Cheddar, Roasted Garlic & Rosemary, Lemon Blueberry and Plain. I will also have four flights with one mini loaf of each variety per box. See you Friday!!

This is my last planned market of the season. Might have an occasional popup, but this is the last official market. Come stock up with a freezer box or two.

Prep work is in full-speed-ahead mode for Foothills Festival on October 16 & 17. Click the link to view the entire festival program. I had a customer tell me today my sourdough was second only to what she had gotten at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. If you know, you know! This made my heart happy.
