While we are waiting/planning to meet the requirements to allow legitimate sales (the goal is to become a full-time business), we have time to try out making new goods! Here we have some freshly canned strawberry jam and tomato sauce. Both made completely from scratch! I don’t want to be biased, but as the resident taste tester, they both turned out delicious! Plenty more to come as well.
