Buttercream! This is the secret to my tasty cakes and cupcakes. Creamy and delicious, I like to frost my creations with buttercream instead of covering them with fondant. Now if you desire a certain 'character' or 'design' that requires some fondant details - I can do that! But still leave you wonderful buttercream that in my humble opinion tastes so much BETTER! Do you need a birthday, promotion,

holiday or some other specialty occasion cake or cupcakes? I can even do gourmet cakes, cheesecakes, and cookies to suit your needs.
