This is a home kitchen that follows the Texas Cottage laws and it is not inspected by the Dept. We are always happy to fulfill your order for Classic, gluten-free and/or dairy-free items and want you to be informed of our efforts. This home kitchen IS gluten friendly, dairy friendly and nut friendly! The possibility of cross-contact will always exist in a split/shared kitchen. H
owever, every effort is made to avoid cross-contact, and sanitation is taken very seriously. Our home kitchen follows the guidelines established by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) regarding how to proactively decrease the likelihood of cross-contact of products in a shared kitchen. What does this mean? Per the GIG guidelines, we have separate equipment designated for gluten friendly versus gluten-free items and any shared items are metal or silicone only (no plastic) or are disposable. The kitchen is sanitized in between baking processes, including all countertop and handlebar surfaces. We follow all requirements listed in our Texas Food Handler's license (TXFC-1908087). If you have any questions or concerns please reach out so we can both be assured that our process will meet your needs.
