More jam is ready! I have for sale my Strawberry Rhubarb and Strawberry Jalapeno jam, as well as two new additions this year: Blackberry Earl Gray Jam and Orange Cardemom Marmalade.

Keep a sharp eye out for more to come in the following weeks! I have on the schedule: Rhubarb Custard Jam, Lemon Blueberry Jam, Hot Pepper Jelly, Peach Bourbon Jam, Sour Cherry Jam, Balsamic Onion Jam, Salted Canteloupe Jam and Wild Blackberry Jam.
I still have Honeysuckle Jelly available too.

Apple Butter will be back as soon as I can get my hands on apples, as well as Southern Spicy Chow Chow in a few weeks.

Let's discuss the new flavors that are ready now! The Blackberry Earl Gray is wild blackberries infused with real bergamot Earl Gray Tea for 24 hours before being made into this lovely subtle blend. You taste the tea as the blackberry flavor begins to fade on your tongue and it is a perfect combination.
$5.25 a jar tax included.

The Orange Cardemom Marmalade is made with ✨️organic✨️ Oranges and lots of cardemom- you can see the little dark specks of freshly ground cardemom. This floral spice goes perfectly with orange. I enjoyed some on whipped goat cheese toast this morning and it was a great way to start the day off happy!

My family's potato flake sourdough starter keeps these rolls nice and fluffy and soft with just a hint of tang.

Today I made honeysuckle jelly, one of my favorite things! I forage for the flowers on our acreage and turn them into this perfectly set golden jelly.
Move over, all other flower jellies! This one tastes just like lemon and honeysuckle and sunshine. Perfect on a biscuit!

These can be picked up at the Muddy Pond Variety Store and will be ready by 9:00 AM for your brunch! $7.25 for half a dozen, $14.50 for a dozen, tax included.
