I’m Kristen the baker behind Spreckels Bakery - a small batch home bakery in Spreckels, California. Every single item on the menu is handcrafted, made in small batches, with ingredients I’m proud of.

Here is what you need to know:

🍞 Orders open on Wednesdays at 7pm (things sell out fast!)
🛍 Order pickups are on Thursdays between 3-6pm (Spreckels, CA)
🤲 A percentage of every purchase is donated back to our community (always!)
🫙 I teach sourdough classes for beginners and beyond
🧡 This is more than a bakery. It is a community of friends.

This week has been one for the books. We dropped our daughter off at college and let me just say, nobody warned me how bittersweet that drive home was going to be. But our hearts are full and we are so proud of her. 🥹

Now it is time to channel all of that emotion into the thing I know best. Baking. 👩‍🍳

This week I will be in the kitchen preparing for the next Spreckels Bakery drop and I am so excited about this menu. Fall is one of my favorite baking seasons and I cannot wait to share what is coming. 🍂
