Good morning it is June 3. We are just finishing up with our first shift at Brakebush and we are deciding to have the storefront stay close today.
I am extremely tired and going to rest this morning before our second shift.

Happy Tuesday
Our hours of operation is 10 AM to 5 PM today
We are a little light in the Bakery today
We have plain fresh sourdough
Cinnamon rolls
Apple coffee cake is going in the case in about 20 minutes
Vanilla cupcakes
Chocolate cupcakes
Lemon poppyseed cookies
And we have our strawberry lemonade cookies
Bourbon molasses
Cream cheese chocolate chip
Snickerdoodle
Lots of Jam
And my Glass Art

Today's featured offerings at the Princeton Flea Market include two new cinnamon roll varieties. The Chocolate Espresso roll is a masterpiece for chocolate and coffee aficionados, boasting a soft and delicious texture. This delightful treat combines espresso powder and cocoa powder in the dough, while the filling consists of cinnamon, butter, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and melted semi-sweet chocolate chips. After being rolled and baked, it is topped with chocolate cream cheese frosting and a light dusting of espresso powder. Our second offering is the Pineapple Upside-Down Cinnamon Roll, featuring homemade caramel cream, pineapple, and maraschino cherry, topped with a vanilla glaze after baking.

So yes, I am open. The light is on the open sign is out.
Classic coffee cake is in the oven along apple cinnamon coffee cake
I should be able to cut it around 130 and it’ll be on the shelf and in the case

We will be bringing this also to Princeton Flea Market tomorrow
And just an FYI to the question this morning if I buy frozen items and make my stuff that way , NO I make everything by hand!! I don’t buy frozen stuff and put it in the oven and pass it off as mine that is not me. I am not saying this is wrong if someone else does it, it’s just not me. I love creating the recipes knowing what goes in them allows me to ensure my product is delicious

Happy Friday happy happy happy Friday! Can you tell that I have a lot of caffeine in me? Been up since 1:30 AM got Steve already and out the door a little late this morning, but he’s all set up Rome Farmers Market he will be hanging out there from 9 to 1 PM
We have a limited supply of coffee, cakes, cinnamon rolls so if you want one, get there early
I am running a little behind for the store always happens when it’s market Friday, which it’s every Friday lol
So I will be opening at 10 AM will be closing at 5 PM
I have freshly made classic cinnamon rolls,

white sourdough, cheddar, jalapeño cheddar, honey cranberry walnut limited supply right now
We do have raspberry pistachio scones in the case, along with blueberry lemon sourdough scones. The case today is not half off since we have fresh stuff in it.
I will be making classic coffee cake along with apple cinnamon coffee cake that should hit the store about 11
We lots of cookies on the shelf including a new one lemon poppyseed with a lemon poppyseed glaze.

Today is a busy busy day getting ready for Princeton tomorrow and then Wisconsin Dells on Sunday

Steve wanted to make cranberry white cheddar
And I got this Greek Freak seasoning so I made Mediterranean olive sourdough (the olive was a Greek olive medley I’ve used this before in my Alfred, but the Mediterranean Greek freak seasoning is delicious
