Hi! I'm Elena Joy and I love baking. I've been baking for awhile now, specializing in party cakes, cupcakes and cookies. I've built up a repertoire of wonderful recipes, including a ton of items.

When my niece was diagnosed with Celiac at a young age, I immediately began to learn more about gluten free baking out of necessity, so that she could have fun bakes to mark major milestones. And then soon enough, as I developed my baking and decorating skills, requests came flowing in for all kinds of baked goods--both gluten free and not!
