This week’s gourmet cookie lineup is basically dangerous. 🤪🤪

We’ve got:

• Cornbread Cookies topped with cinnamon honey buttercream
• Stuffed S’mores loaded with gooey marshmallow + chocolate
• Banana Pudding cookies that taste like pure comfort from grandma’s kitchen
• Triple Chocolate Chunk for the classic chocolate lovers
• Death by Chocolate for the people who believe there’s no such thing as “too much chocolate” (especially with that ganache-filled center 🤤)

Soft baked, overstuffed, made from scratch, and fully committed to helping turn around that mid-week slump.

Tomorrow morning’s breakfast lineup just got even better….

Y’all asked. We listened. The Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls are BACK!

Our scratch-made brioche cinnamon rolls are baked to perfection and topped with cookie butter cream cheese icing, REAL Biscoff cookie butter drizzle, and plenty of Biscoff cookie crumble. Rich, gooey, cozy perfection.

And don’t forget, we’ll also have fresh bagels, breakfast sandwiches (made to order), sweet rolls, danishes, coffee, and more ready to roll in the morning.

Happy Memorial Day from all of us here at Sweet Caroline’s. Today we remember those that made the ultimate sacrifice so that we may continue to live freely.

We will be closed today and tomorrow so that our employees can spend time with their families and enjoy a much needed break after an incredibly busy month. See y’all Wednesday morning at 7:30am for breakfast!

Our Vanilla Bean Peach Muscadine cupcakes are here and they are every bit as dreamy as they sound 🍑!

Soft vanilla bean cake filled with a peach muscadine wine filling made with Landry’s Peach Muscadine Wine, topped with our silky scratch-made vanilla bean buttercream, and finished with a fresh peach slice.

It’s sweet, fruity, rich, and just a little bit Southern in the best way possible. One of those flavors that somehow tastes like summer, brunch, and dessert all at once.

Breakfast might be over (and what a FUN breakfast rush it was ), but our day is just getting started over here at Sweet Caroline’s!

There’s just something different about breakfast that’s truly made fresh.

Around here, we’re not unwrapping frozen sandwiches or reheating something that was made days ago. Your breakfast is made to order, hot and fresh, using breads and pastries we make from scratch right here in our bakery kitchen.

Fresh eggs, homemade brioche, scratch-made bagels, warm cinnamon rolls, espresso poured when you order it… all made by real people who got here way too early this morning 😂😂😂.

Breakfast served Wednesdays & Thursdays from 7:30-9:30!

We’ve been a little busy over here lately, and by a little busy, we mean living in a permanent cloud of buttercream and cake crumbs. 😅

The last few weeks have been packed full of weddings, graduations, birthdays, and “can you make this by Saturday?” phone calls, and somehow our incredible team keeps pulling it off.

So, before we move on to the next round of cakes currently taking over the kitchen, here’s a little photo dump of some of our recent favorites.

Also, after this wild season, we’ll officially be closing the last week of June for a little rest, relaxation, and probably a long nap. 😂 We love what we do, but even bakers need to recharge every once in a while.

Rich chocolate cookies stuffed with a coconut cream cheese filling, topped with sweet coconut and an Almond Joy on top because we don’t believe in doing things halfway around here.
