This one just happens to be made of buttercream! Layers of delicate buttercream petals with just a touch of gold to finish it off. We really enjoyed bringing this one to life!

We’re starting things off with our COOKIES, and let me just say, we didn’t come to play this week!

🍫 Triple Chocolate Chunk – Loaded down with chocolate chips, because we’ve never believed in skimping on the good stuff!

🔥 Stuffed S’mores – Chocolate, graham crackers, and gooey marshmallow goodness!

🤎 Stuffed Biscoff – If you love cookie butter, you already know how dangerous this one is!

🎃 NEW Pumpkin Chocolate Chip – Thick, soft, full of pumpkin goodness, and loaded with chocolate chips. Y’all, this one might be my new favorite!

💚 AND SURPRISE!! Our Dubai Chocolate Cookies are BACK!! Rich chocolate cookies stuffed with that dreamy pistachio filling that y’all went absolutely nuts over!

We opened with a FULL case this morning, and this is what we have left after just TEN minutes!

To say I’m blown away is putting it mildly! We’re going to restock what we can, but between a completely booked custom cake weekend and a wedding delivery, we’re already running around like chickens with our heads cut off! 😂

I truly don’t have the words to thank y’all enough. The way this community continues to show up for our little bakery never ceases to amaze me.

Y’all sure know how to keep us on our toes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

We do still have some cheesecake slices, bars, sweet rolls and cinnamon rolls in stock!

Nutella lovers…….IT’S HERE.

Our newest sweet roll has officially hit the case! Fluffy homemade brioche rolled with Nutella AND melted semi-sweet chocolate chips, baked until golden, then smothered in Nutella cream cheese frosting and finished with chocolate drizzle and chocolate shavings.

This one is RICH, gooey, chocolatey, and absolutely not playing around.

Cheesecakes have hit the case!

Our crowd-favorite New York Style with Strawberry Topping is back, PLUS two new flavors!

🎉 Party Animal — Funfetti cheesecake with pieces of frosted circus animal cookies baked throughout, topped with a white chocolate ganache glaze, whipped cream, and plenty of sprinkles. A fun delicious treat for kids and adults alike!

🎃 Pumpkin Cheesecake — Caroline’s personal favorite! Our creamy cheesecake filling mixed with real pumpkin purée and just a hint of warm spices, topped with whipped cream. Pumpkin pie could never. 😉

And a little fun fact about this one: Pumpkin was actually the very first cheesecake flavor I ever baked, years before Sweet Caroline’s Bakery was even a thought! To this day, it’s still the cheesecake my family requests every single Thanksgiving.
