More and more people start leaning toward lighter desserts and treats. Traditional rich cakes are too heavy for a final sweet part of the celebration night.
And that's where my light, airy, fruity zefir treats are a great substitute.

Many of you asked me for zefir flowers making masterclass. So let's have some sweet fun making beautiful summer sunflowers.
Students will make several sunflowers and will arrange them into bouquets they will take home.
The workshop will take about 4 hours with a break.
This will be a. SIP and PIPE event with light bites. Hey, who wants to work hungry?
I am planning on two dates.

Bring your kids to two creative workshops where we will explore the sweet world of European Marshmallow - Zefir. Kids will learn about the origin of Zefir, will assist in making it, and create their first edible art from Zefir.
This coming weekend there will be two classes.
🔸 ️Saturday: March 21, 11am - young kids (6+) with a parent- "Making Sweet toys" (Сладкие игрушки) (2 hours with a break)
🔸️ Sunday, March 22, 11 am - kids (9+ no parents) - "Zefir Wonderland" (Веселый Зефирный Мир) 2.5 hours with a break.

Please note: zefir contains egg whites and apples. If you are child is allergic to eggs or apples, you CANNOT bring your child to the workshop.

Classes will run in Russian and English, and I will communicate with your child in the language of their preference.
