Dear Valued Patrons,
It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of Mocha Jo’s, a fixture of downtown Monett, that has proudly served our wonderful community for two decades. This coffee house has been a warm and welcoming gathering place for countless friends, families, and neighbors.
Over the years, it has been our privilege to serve the people of Monett and provide a space where people could come together, enjoy great coffee, share stories, and create lasting memories. The support and love we've received from this community have been nothing short of incredible, and we are deeply grateful for every moment you've spent with us.
However, as the years have passed, we've encountered increasing challenges, primarily related to the rising costs associated with running a small business. Despite our best efforts, we find ourselves in a position where we must make the difficult decision to close our doors.
We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who has walked through our doors, sipped our coffee, and shared in the special moments that have unfolded within these walls. Your loyalty and patronage have been the heartbeat of this coffee house, and it is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell.
Our last day will be October 13, 2023. While our journey may be coming to an end, we hope the friendships and connections formed here will continue to flourish. We encourage you to support the other wonderful businesses in downtown Monett and maintain the sense of community that makes this town so exceptional.
