Dear Monahans Donuts Community,

Since 2012, serving you has been an absolute honor. We are so grateful for the warmth, memories, and friendships you’ve shared with our family over the years.

Now, we are ready for our next chapter and looking to pass the torch! We are officially leasing our fully equipped shop space to a new operator. Keep it as a donut shop (all equipment stays!) or transform it into your own dream business—it’s entirely up to you.

Rent: $3,000/month
Includes: Full donut shop equipment package
DM us directly if you're interested in taking over the space.

Thank you, and God bless!

— The Chhu Family
