Palo Santo goes back through history as having numerous health benefits as well as spiritual. Palo Santo is known for energy cleansing- to rid bad energy from a personal space, meditating and relaxation, and even spiritual ceremonies. It's aromatherapy and well- being benefits include pain and inflammation relief, stress and anxiety reduction, and even helps with those pesky mosquitoes! It's known for those iconic notes of sweet, earthy, resiny citrus. It never fails to finally help me let out that deep breath from the weight of the day and actually start to RELAX 😌
