Dear Mad Batter Buddies
It is with a heavy heart that our Bakery will no longer be open. We are sorry, thou things started looking up for us, it just didn't happen soon enough, Unfortunately we were not making enough money in our store to stay open . But hope to reopen sometime down the line. those that want to get wholesale please contact us.

Don't forget to preorder your favorite breads folks, and if you haven't tried our Semolina yet this is a must time to do it. Semolina bread preordered for only $1.50/ loaf. Also putting out some Rustic hard rolls that I've gotten excellent feedback on. This is true hard crusted Cracked wheat roll.

Everyday folks you can come in and get wholesale price on our French bread and sub rolls. We make extras every night when making for our wholesale accounts in the event some come out in not so prefect shape. They extras go out in our store front to be sold at wholesale price. Some maybe perfect and we just didn't need them , others maybe just a little off but still guaranteed to taste fantastic.

Our Mad Batter Jamie has been in the the baking business for 30 years. At the age of 16 he got his start working at Dandee donuts, learning from one of the best as well as working in a few other bakeries along the way . He found his passion and takes pride in his baking. Jamie enjoys making people smile with the taste of his breads and donuts. Jamie decided he wanted to share his love of baking with his family and someday open his own bakery and here we are today.
