Happy Fresh Bread Friday!

I'll be at Braided River Brewing today from about 4-8pm with fresh loaves and sweet treats. Let me help you pair your bread with one of the new beer releases from the last few weeks and I'll help you with some meal suggestions as well!

Among the mix tonight will be Salted Pretzel Loaves, Sourdough, Hawaiian Roll Focaccia, Mini Jalapeno Cheddar, and a spread of sweet treats. Come through and see me!

Hey All! I'm trying to add in a few more orders this Saturday, pickup 6a-4p off Sage/Old Shell or downtown on St Louis St 1230-9p.

Here's a limited menu of what I'm offering, and if you have questions please reach out here! Deadline to order for Sat is Friday at 10pm. If I have extras Sat, I'll post early that morning with what's up for grabs.

I will also be set up with fresh loaves and sweet treats Friday 4-8p at Braided River Brewery, and Sun noon-5p at the Alabama Music Box. I'll have those menus posted early tmrw!

TOMORROW is another Fresh Bread Friday at Braided River Brewing, and it's also the release day for the Black Lager! I'll have samples of the Schwarzbrot German Dark Rye Loaf (it's a perfect pair to the Black Lager) and fresh loaves and sweet treats.

I have some fantastic pairing suggestions for yall below! Come through and hang out for a while, then grab a six pack and a loaf to make your weekend even tastier!

BEER: Black Lager- Crisp and Roasty Dark Lager
BREAD: Schwarzbrot German Dark Rye Loaf
MEAL: Melted hot pastrami and Swiss or classic Reuben sandwiches, or toasted with butter to accompany just about any dish. (I’m dying to try it with some honey or cinnamon flavored butter!)

BEER: Tiki to the Limit- Sour Ale with Passion Fruit, Pineapple, and Cinnamon
BREAD: Hawaiian Roll Focaccia made with pineapple juice in the dough, a special sauce including Worcestershire, honey, Dijon mustard, and finished off with Swiss cheese on top!
MEAL: Ham and Swiss, either cold-cut sandwich style or toasted u in the oven for sliders

BEER: Oktoberfest
BREAD: Salted Pretzel Loaf
MEAL: Grilled cheese or toasted with any type of sandwich, or cut and toasted into dippers for beer cheese, queso, etc.

Today's the day!!

It's actually a double release day with Braided River Brewing dropping the Harvest Ale and Oktoberfest.

I'll have pretzels and pretzel loaves, along with a spread of y'all's usual favorite savory and sweet treats!

Happy FRESH BREAD FRIDAY!!

Today Braided River Brewing is releasing the DELICIOUS Tiki To The Limit in preparation for Mobile Tiki Week and I'm bringing back my Hawaiian Roll Focaccia Loaf!

If you remember from last year, I recommend pairing this loaf and beer combo with ham and Swiss, and tonight we'll have some on hand for sampling!

I'll also have:

Jalapeno Cheddar breads
Choc chip cookies
Cheez It Marshmallow Bars
Chewy Brownies
Jalapeno Cheddar cookies
And I'm trying for some cherry pie slices if I can squeeze it in!

Come try the beer, try the bread, try the sandwich combo, and stock up for your weekend!

**Construction is ongoing on the street in front of the brewery but don't let it scare you off- the front and side doors are open and there's plenty of parking on the side streets!
