The Pink Mixer Baking Co. Today we had the pleasure of chatting with her & picking up a king cake assortment. The cakes were fluffy, perfectly baked, just sweet enough and personally I enjoyed the s’mores flavor the most.
A second best was definitely the raspberry, plenty of real fruit, still slightly tart very good.

Mardi Gras is the busiest season for so many of us bakers, I know I can speak for myself and other bakers in saying we love y’all, we appreciate y’all, and “ I’m tired boss”.

Keep Pink Mixer in mind as you’re ordering and trying out the local offerings next year!
