After much thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to permanently close our self-serve bakery stand.
This choice did not come lightly. As many of you know, I’ve always been committed to doing things the right way, using high-quality, organic ingredients and operating in full compliance with all applicable laws, including licensing, insurance, and food safety standards. Unfortunately, the rising costs associated with maintaining those standards, along with increasing packaging and ingredient expenses, have made it unsustainable to continue the stand in its current form.
At the same time, the market has become increasingly saturated with unlicensed and non-compliant “marketplace” bakers, which has made it even more challenging to fairly compete while upholding the level of quality and integrity that we believe in.
This does NOT mean our bakery is closing.
I will continue to serve my valued customers through:
• Pre-orders
• Custom orders
• Wholesale partnerships
This shift allows me to focus on what matters most, delivering the highest quality products while maintaining a sustainable business.
I am incredibly grateful for every single one of you who has supported my stand. Your loyalty has meant more than you know, and I truly hope to continue baking for you through my other offerings.
