Prosciutto eggs Benny.

I was a little nervous about this one. I used ghee instead of butter for the hollandaise sauce. I wasn’t sure how the difference would affect taste and texture. The hollandaise turned out delicious and smooth.

Desserts for hot weather.

If you’re trying to find peach cobbler vibes but you don’t want to bake, this quick cheesecake is for you. I did forget to mention that you’ll need a 1/4 cup of either honey or maple syrup if you intend to cook the peaches 😵‍💫

I like to freeze this for 20-30 min before serving. It comes out like peach cobbler ice cream.
