It's time to make more bagels....and we're adding a few special Valentine's flavors into the mix this time! Send us a message to place an order for this FRIDAY, February 13th. Orders can be picked up between 4 and 7 pm. Here's the menu:

The thing about baking is that even if you've done something a thousand times (literally - we've made over 1,000 bagels this year!), there are still occasional failures. We had a big catastrophe with one of our batches of dough this morning....swipe to the end to see what bagels are NOT supposed to look like. Today was a good reminder that we're still learning and growing every time we step in the kitchen!

Thank you to everyone who was flexible today...we love baking for you all, and want each order to be perfect! And a big THANK YOU to all our amazing customers who have supported us this year. We're down to the last few bake days of 2025. Stay tuned for updates about our holiday cookie boxes, and meanwhile enjoy this most wonderful time of year! 🎄🍪🌟🎄
