How are you enjoying your desserts this summer? No oven desserts are the way to go when it's hot and humid out.

🍒No bake cherry cheesecake parfaits🍒

2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Vanilla extract
1 cup confectioner sugar
Fresh cherry compote or store bought pie filling, 2 cups
1 cup graham crumbs
3 tbs butter, melted
1 tbs sugar

Whip cream cheese until smooth in your mixer. Add in your vanilla and slowly add in your confectioner sugar. Mix well. On low and slow add the cream. Whip on medium high to high until soft peaks form then refrigerate until ready to assemble.

Mix butter, sugar, and graham crumbs until sandy.

Assemble your parfaits
Crumbs
Whipped cheesecake filling
Cherries

A couple of times until cherries on top.

Top with fresh whipped cream if desired and a cherry. Makes 8-8oz jars
