Have you tried our Kouign-amann’s (pronounced Kween-Amann)?

They have a carmelized exterior and a soft, sweet and buttery interior - and sprinkled with flake salt after baking 😋

Made from my croissant pastry, these are a total knockout!!

Will be up late baking tonight to bring these to Mama’s Happy tomorrow morning (9AM!!)!!

And…. Pending a successful outcome of baking -
Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia (I intend on packaging two formats; snack on the spot and larger cuts for sandwiches at home - see pictured example)

Experimenting a bit today! Will be at Mama’s Happy in Mound this Saturday the 8th, and I think these new creations will be there in limited supply:-)

Hi All! I have 4 dozen of the sugar cookies available in holiday colors! They were baked last night and come 12 in a box for $15. DM me if interested! I know it’s snowy - but if nearby I don’t mind delivering 🛻 🍪
