Slow Saturday Mornings call for Breakfast Pizza filled with all kinds of nutrients ☺️

Crust - added Flaxseed
Sausage - added Lentils (the key is to mush up the lentils before adding to uncooked meat, cook it together)
Sauce - added H**p Hearts and Lentils (leftover from our Alfredo sauce last night)
Cheese - shred your own! (Sooooo much better than bagged)

Behind the Bread✨

We went to Costco yesterday and Grant asked me if I wanted to try their Sourdough 🤨

They did have sourdough bread crumbs I found intriguing! - stay tuned for if I’m able to figure something out! Think of the possibilities! Homemade chicken nuggets, say what!?

I’m dying to know what others love to get from Costco! Tell me! What can I not leave without next time!?

I made tiny garlic and herb boules.
Like teeny tiny 🤏🏼.
Hallowed them out.
Stuffed them with spinach and artichoke dip.
Topped them with parmasan cheese.
Smoked them on the smoker.
-Baking them would work too.
And enjoyed!

Seriously, so easy!! 😍

As we wrap up the end of the month and our Ronald McDonald orders I just wanted to let you know… 🥁 WE did it 🫶🏼

My heart is literally bursting. We made the goal I had set, and then some 🥹

When the nights got late baking, I would think of the long nights Grant and I had when Myah was in the NICU. The little details; pumping behind a curtain, the way your heart would skip a beat when the doctors did their rounds, the sound of monitors going off, counting the minutes as you washed your hands to go see your baby, the smell if Palmolive, the conversations you overheard, the faces of those leaving with their babies, the name banner that hung in each room.

But, because of those who ordered and helped make this donation what it turned into. Those details have something else tied to them ❤️ So, THANK YOU 🫶🏼
