I continually look for any opportunity to try out new recipes (‘guidelines’) and ingredients. Each batch of cupcakes is baked to order from scratch (even the lemon curd for the Limoncello ChaddyCakes is made to order). There are no leftovers to ensure you will receive a superior cake. I personally sample every finished product that leaves the kitchens, and if it’s not up to my standards, it doesn’t get delivered to the customer. Whatever the occasion, indulge someone (and yourself) with a treat that is sure to to create a moment of bliss, bring back a special childhood memory, or simply make everything seem a little bit sweeter ...even just for a moment.
