ChaddyCakes I love to eat. I mean, I REALLY LOVE TO EAT! I am truly obsessed with all things culinary; sweet, savory, unique and innovative. Yes, ChaddyCakes can do that!

But more importantly, the EATING part!! Food was and is always at the center of any family gathering while growing up in Minnesota. Ample world traveling has given me the opportunity to sample some truly amazing foods and flavors. Add my creative talents and, well, ChaddyCakes was a no brainer. ChaddyCakes has become an expression of my love and desire to share my knowledge, talent, and passion fo

r food with my customers, family, friends and all who come my way. Elevating classic flavors and combinations with the finest ingredients is my passion. I continually look for any opportunity to try out new recipes (‘guidelines’) and ingredients. Each batch of cupcakes is baked to order from scratch (even the lemon curd for the Limoncello ChaddyCakes is made to order). There are no leftovers to ensure you will receive a superior cake. I personally sample every finished product that leaves the kitchens, and if it’s not up to my standards, it doesn’t get delivered to the customer. Whatever the occasion, indulge someone (and yourself) with a treat that is sure to to create a moment of bliss, bring back a special childhood memory, or simply make everything seem a little bit sweeter ...even just for a moment. Every man, woman and child should know what a REAL cupcake tastes like.
