Everything we bake is made with premium ingredients, from flavorful, consistent flours, to rich, cultured butter and a rich assortment of fruits, nuts and chocolates. We believe that the best baked goods are made using labor intensive processes, which incl
ude long dough fermentation times, hand-shaping and baking on a hearth stone. We don't believe in short cuts. The result is that our breads have full, complex flavors, a range of textures and a naturally longer shelf life. Our approach to baking is simple. We focus on people, process and ingredients.
