The wine list at Bellecour is 100% French. On June 29, we’re making a big exception—and we couldn’t imagine a better reason!⁠

ORIGINS is a new dinner series at Bellecour, built around the world's most compelling winemakers and the places, histories, and convictions behind their bottles. For our first evening, we're welcoming Chiara Boschis of E. Pira e Figli, the queen of the “Barolo Boys” and one of the most decorated producers in Italy.⁠

In the 1990s, Chiara and her cohort championed organic farming, green harvesting, and French oak barrels in a region resistant to change. Her first vintage won the Tre Bicchieri, awarded to the top 1% of Italian wines each year, and the rest is history.⁠
