We must be in heaven! Week 4 of State Fair month is here, and it’s a special one.

Our Grilled Peach Danish with goat cheese and honey is a nod to the Produce Exchange at the Minnesota State Fair, home of the famous goat cheese + peaches dish that our very own Chef Motz helped create back in 2018. This week, we’re bringing that same combination to Bellecour, using peaches from the Produce Exchange in our own little French twist.

Week Three of State Fair Month is here, and we’re taking on another State Fair classic: mini donuts, with a Bellecour twist!

These mini donuts (aka mini belles) are buttery, flaky croissant dough fried up, tossed in cinnamon sugar, and dangerously delicious.
